When submitting an entry via the form, the following data may be collected and publicly displayed:

Country and other metadata (e.g. type, audience)
Name or event title (if provided)
Email address (if provided)
Website (if provided)
Event or request details such as location, meeting point, date, time, and description

Email addresses and websites are publicly visible if submitted. They are not mandatory. Please be aware that providing an email address may expose it to third parties and could lead to unsolicited messages (spam). Use this feature at your own discretion.

Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is used solely for the purpose of publishing your entry on jui-events.com. By submitting your entry, you explicitly consent to the public display of the provided information.

Storage Duration

Submitted entries are automatically removed from the public listing once the event date has passed. However, for administrative and legal reasons (e.g. abuse prevention or takedown requests), entries may be stored internally for a limited period even after public removal.

Content Deletion

Entries cannot be deleted by users directly. If you want your entry removed, please click the “Report” button located below your entry. This will open a pre-filled email to support@jui-events.com, where you can request the deletion or report an issue. Each request will be manually reviewed and processed by the administrator.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the publication of your data at any time. To do so, please contact support@jui-events.com. Upon verification, we will remove your entry and associated personal data.

Spam Protection / reCAPTCHA

To protect against spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. The tool distinguishes between human users and bots before allowing a form submission.
