1. Platform Usage

jui-events.com allows users to post events or companion requests worldwide without registration. By submitting a form, you agree to these terms and confirm that your submission complies with all applicable laws and guidelines.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform and submit content. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Public Display of Data

All submitted data (including email addresses and website URLs, if provided) will be publicly visible. Only submit content you agree to be published.

4. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your submitted content. Offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate content is prohibited. You confirm that your content is truthful, legal, and does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Moderation and Deletion

All entries are reviewed by the admin. We reserve the right to reject or delete any content at our discretion and without providing reasons, especially if it violates our guidelines or legal standards.

6. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of user-submitted content. Use the platform at your own risk. The platform operator disclaims all liability for fake, incorrect, or misleading listings.

7. External Links and Websites

User-submitted content may include external websites or email addresses. jui-events.com is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Copyright

By submitting content, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights and grant jui-events.com a non-exclusive right to publish, display, and store it.

9. Availability & Technical Downtime

We strive for continuous availability. However, jui-events.com may be temporarily offline due to maintenance, updates, security issues (e.g., malware), or unforeseen technical problems. During such times, entries and ads may be temporarily unavailable.
By using this platform and its services, you agree that temporary outages do not entitle you to compensation or refunds.
In rare cases of extended outages (more than 72 hours), we may offer a voluntary extension or credit at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on the website.

Paid Services & Advertising Terms

These conditions apply to all paid services offered on jui-events.com, particularly Premium Listings and Advertising Placements.

1. Services Offered

1.1 Free Listings

Users can post events and companion requests free of charge. All entries are publicly visible and sorted chronologically by event date.

1.2 Highlighted Listings (€5 per entry)

An optional Highlighted Listing includes:

• A colored vertical line on the left side
  • Yellow for Events
  • Orange for Requests
• A “Highlight” star-shaped badge in the respective color (yellow for Events, orange for Requests) displayed abovethe listing
• Standard chronological sorting remains (upcoming events shown first)

Highlighted Listings are automatically deleted after the event date. Early deletion is possible anytime by clicking the “Report” button or contacting support@jui-events.com.

1.3 Rectangle Ads (300×250 px, €50/month)

Commercial advertisers may book rectangle ads (300×250 px) for €50 per month. Ads appear:

• On desktop: in the sidebar
• On mobile: below the main content

Ads are booked individually by email and are published only after full payment is received.

2. Payment

All payments are processed exclusively via PayPal.

Paid services (such as Premium Listings or Ads) are activated only after successful payment via PayPal.

Buyers automatically receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal, which also serves as a valid receipt.

The operator does not issue separate invoices.
However, upon request, an additional invoice can be provided in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation – no VAT charged or shown).

Accepted payment methods:

• PayPal account
• Credit card
• Bank transfer (via PayPal)

The operator is a small business under § 19 UStG (Germany) – therefore, no VAT is charged or displayed.

3. Refunds & Service Interruptions

• All payments are final.
• Refunds are only granted if a paid service was not delivered due to a technical fault caused by the operator.
• If a paid ad or Premium Listing is deleted due to violations of these terms or removed early at the user’s request, no refund will be given.
• Temporary platform unavailability (e.g., due to maintenance, malware, hosting problems) does not entitle users to compensation.
• In rare cases of extended outages (over 72 hours), a voluntary credit or ad extension may be offered at the operator’s discretion.

4. Content Responsibility

Advertisers confirm that submitted ad content is accurate, legal, and free of third-party rights.
The operator assumes no liability for user-submitted content or third-party reactions to advertisements.

5. Rejection or Deletion

The operator may reject or delete listings or ads at any time, especially in cases of:

• Legal violations
• Offensive or misleading content
• Spam, manipulation, or non-compliance with platform rules

6. Limitation of Liability

jui-events.com acts only as a publishing platform.
We are not liable for the success or failure of any listing or ad, nor for user interactions resulting from them.
